Hmmm...turbo.
The thing you need to constantly keep in mind is the holy trinity of FI. Air, Fuel, and Tuning.
Whatever kit you decide to go with, make sure you get all three (or can source all three).
Kits that have all three include
Roush kit
powerworks kit
turbo tom's kit
But regardless of what you do, make sure that all three pillars of turboing are well taken care of.
Are they going to be cheap? hell no.. expect to pay upwards of $6,000 to get up and running properly. You may be able to do cheaper yourself buying everything used, but expect to put a LOT more of your own time into the project.
A decent turbo kit should get you just over 200WHP at 9PSI intercooled. I'm sure P-51 has done it, but I wouldn't recommend going over 6PSI non-intercooled (@ ~170 WHP).
