47 million bucks divided by 500 bucks a ticket (which is the MAX, I am sure most offences will be much lower) but regardless, is 94,000 offences.
yes 94 THOUSAND tickets. This isn't a cash grab bro. Stop being such a downer. This is to encourage carpooling, and saving our ENVIROMENT. Don't bitch about something that is actually doing good. Now I don't think it will solve all the problems but it's a step in the right direction.
The gov't doesn't dump 47 million bucks into a stretch of highway, so it can "make money" off it. Pretty shiity return on investment bro.
