If it was a truly performance-oriented, SC'ed V6 or turbo'ed 4 cyl, I'd be impressed.
I've had a V8 Ranger. Great fun on straightaways, but the load of iron over the front axle makes handling... dicey.
In fact, if there was a turbo 4 Ranger, I'd pre-order. But it would have to match the old Ranger for wheelbase and interior... I don't need an Escalade-esque pickup.
