Delivery charge: can't tell where this comes from, but looks to be about 45% of the Gas Supply Charge.

Customer charge: 11.25
Gas Supply charge: 200 c/m = $65
Delivery charge: 65 x 45% = $29.25
TOTAL BEFORE TAXES: $105.50
