I've talked to the adjuster at SGI today and was told the deductible is $100 as it will be listed under vandlism.
At the time of the incident he called my car "Just a piece metal".My car is my pride and joy plus it is paid for.
I jumped on his back while he was trying to walk away and got a few hits in plus I scratched both sides of his face, as a female that is thing to do.
He doesn't own a car as he has rotten credit and can't hold a job for more than a few months.
It wouldn't matter to me if I ever talked to him again. I did alot for him in the past.
I know he won't be able to come up with the deductible.
This happen two days after my Dad passed away. :(
