The M5 is a 500HP V10 ....410lb/ft.

The ClS is a 470HP V8 ....500lb/ft.

Besides....the M5 is ugly as hell like most beemers...

sorry ill refrase it, the CLS and the M5 are each companies attempt at the Uber-fast Luxo Sedan Market.

either way, id drive the bimmer. but i f i could afford one, i could probly afford both. the CLS is more tame and civilized then the bimmer.
