Have you thought about South Beach? One of the guys in my office is on it and has lost like 15lbs so far. He says the first 2 weeks are really s***, but worth it. I've been thinking about going on it too, but then I'll have to go to the *shivers* vegetable isle *shivers* at the grocery store. :ph34r:
