Have you thought about South Beach? One of the guys in my office is on it and has lost like 15lbs so far. He says the first 2 weeks are really s***, but worth it. you really have to pick something you can stick to... it's when people restrict their diets for quick weightloss that they run into the greatest problems maintaining. It needs to be something you can maintain over the long run.
You can still have pasta, grilled cheese sandwiches, and crappy food, but it's the moderation that leads to weightloss. (even though veggies are great for filling your gut).

Are you asking me or Oscar. Because I have not made a decision about what I am going to do.
A trip to the doctor will solve my many questions and his recommendations.
And I've tried and succeded on many diests only to put the weight back on.
No more of that.
