I've never seen any pics of cars with that bumper, other than the one from ICC Tuning's car.

You might be able to find something on some of the european boards, since ICC is based in Europe, and it would be easier to get it there..

Maybe try ffoc.co.uk, and there's also a German board.. but since it's all in german, it probably wouldnt help much.
