Photoshop, enlarge by scale, and then make a couple of passes with the Sharpen filter?
I'd do it, but I'm still in Toronto, on a loaner POS laptop (P4-Ms suck!), and don't have Photoshop. I could always attempt it tomorrow when I get back.
