Most of it is BS and spin.
The guy keeps making this videos, I haven't seen this one, but I've seen I think 2 of this others, I recognize the voice.
I honestly can't trust what he says any more than I can trust what the government says about the same things. All the papers he has in the video where do they come from? can I get a copy? probably not I'm not a US citizen, but anyway, most of it I have to take his word for and I'd rather not do so.
Interesting to watch, makes me think about a few things, but at the end of the day nothings changed because his words are as meaningless as mine without solid evidence to back them up.
