The most I have ever gotten was about 450km with a 40 L fillup.
What year and model is your focus?
Do you have undersized tires throwing your odometer off?
e.g. with 205/40/17 tires you actually have a 3.3% less rolling circumference than the stock tire size for a non-SVT focus. (i.e. your speedometer says 100 - actual speed 96.7 or 700km - actual 677km/tank)

I bought a Focus cause its way better than the '92 Stang GT I had, I only got about 320kms on a 50L tank.
I do miss it though, it was a beauty!

I MANAGED 495 on a tank in my 5.0L with some heavy foot and mostly highway driving. My car has a supercharger and bigger everything, however it is still a stock longblock.

With my supercharger, I only managed 330 km on my last tank:
mostly stuck in city traffic with AC on, then some spirited driving letting the SC sing once the traffic cleared.

i get around 450km for full city driving, and around 600+km on all highway driving. the most i've filled was 48.61L. it's pretty impressive how some foci get such high milage while others with the same engine get so much less.

My last tank hit 561km and I did a good 20 min run, hitting about 155-165 and average 130km/hr not on the highway, there were stops. I should start a Camshaft delivery service!!! ;)
I wonder what milage i can get if i took her easy? Definately over 600

Its your job to install it, it my job to be the copilot, and you got to have a sustained speed of 150+km/h for 2-3 hours :o , next time burn the cam up in Vancouver or Kawartha or Quebec, we'll either have to take the Mustang, or your Mustang to have any remote chance of getting there ontime ;) , 208km with 7/8th left
