What will i need to do to install it?

Drop the passager side motor mount?

Jack up the car, take off the passengers side front wheel, take off the pulley cover with sockets, and an impact wrench makes easy work of the nut on the stock pulley.

I forgot to mention the belt install also. You gotta loosen the tensioner, then feed in your new belt. (depending on pulley brand)

Be advised that if you have an newer focus it may be different, especially on the 2.3s

Im talking about the 2005s

Once you get in there and start taking stuff apart it becomes pretty easy as to what you have to do..
