Anybody have experience with one of these cheapo OBDII code scanners?

I've got one of the 4-digit CTools jobs and it gives the following code for error 1:

0181
07E5
00E3

The first number indicates a Fuel Temperature Sensor problem, but I have no idea what the following 2 codes mean.

Any help? Thanks.

i took a quick look around with google and the OBDII support website, and everywhere i went, it says that those arent legitimate codes, and they suggest to check the manual that the scanner came with.

Yeah, thanks. They aren't in the manual either. Anybody want to buy an OBDII reader? ;)
