The G35 sounds good yes...but not as good as a 4.0 Mustang with a Magnaflow Dual exhaust, or a 4.6L with a 3" true dual magnaflow....
Also, I think the MBRP sounds beefier/tougher than the magnaflow...
It's 100% Yumminess!!!

As for the "bad sound", do you have some objective thoughts to back up your claims?

After market exhausts don't sound good on any 4banger cars
I've heard a couple MBRP's no likey not for me
Sorry this is just my opinion
The best exhaust sound is a G35

You're comparing the sound of any Focus exhaust to a G35. I LOVE G35s, but you... you're kidding, right?
I f***ing give up some days.

Well i'm slowing adding this system to my list of to-do's... I love the sound, not overly ricey, and even hearing them on atx's like nefcanuck's, I can see/hear why many (not all) people can appreciate this setup, and then comes the price! If I really don't like the sound, I can always add another resonator of course.
I agree with Tony somewhat though... most 4cyl cars don't sound very good with an exhaust, but then again I see/hear mostly a fart cans attacked to stock exhausts!

My favourite trick is to pass a fartcan ricer and blip the throttle while doing it. Show the ricer what an exhaust should sound like  Not like a loud whoopie cushion :D

Yeah, it's about two hours from Toronto, straight up the 400. Less if you've got your foot in it, but mind the Polizei ;) :D

Just an FYI - there are no more MBRP distributors. Either they're selling old stock they bought before, or they're telling tall tales. Every sale is directly through MBRP in Huntsville now. :)

Well I think if MBRP were to stop dealers, they'd take the list off their site. I'll call a few of the local dealers to see what they tell me though, you could be right. And i'm not calling them to prove you wrong  I'm actually interested in getting a system for my car, and i'd like to make sure i'm not being ripped off by any dealers

If my experience is anything to go by, NOS is right. I called two local distributors, looking to save myself the drive to Huntsville, no calls back on a price quote for two weeks (actually they still haven't called back at all and this was... June IIRC)

You telling me you would prefere to a hear a G35 exhaust instead of something else...... even something like a 69' Camaro with a 427 Yenko motor or something? C'mon now, Muscle cars all the way, there is no unique sound like them.

I'm not really complaining either but Im not too crazy about the sound of muscle cars. I mean, they sound good if you hear them rip it once and a while, but as a daily driver, id go berzerk if i were to sit in that car all day long to drive. Even the MBRP is a tad too roary for me, but ive gotten used to it. I kinda think the G35 would be the perfect combination of sound im looking for too in an exhaust system.
