I sent my money on the 18th of September, and it is now Oct 2nd, and I have yet to receive my Mazda 3 Wiper ?????

There's no more time for reasoning. The item was "shipped" on Sept 19.
He promised me a refund on friday. I've been cooperative this whole time. he provided me a tracking number missing digits. told me he still had the receipt, but would never confirm the tracking number. He never once answered any of his phones, and responded once or twice to Emails, PM's Text messages. He said it was shipped priority. Calculated to 1 bus day from guelph to mississauga. Its been 2 weeks now. The longest shipping should take between guelph and mississauga is 3 business days. (according to canada post)
