The FD Series by Arc Audio product line includes:

This FD Series product line will make its official debut at the Consumer Electronics Show at the Las Vegas Convention Center in the Arc Audio booth (Booth #5218) on Thursday, January 5th thru Sunday, January 8th, 2006. I've seen ads in magazines for this stuff for the past few months now. I'm not really sure what to make of this. If he's serious about making good car audio stuff then I'm all for it. But if this is just another branding trick like when momo made subwoofers than its just a waste of time.

The only thing Foose has to do with this is the external design of the amplifier. ARC is control of the rest.
