Because there are idiots out there that cruise car forums looking for plates...they check the plate, get addresses and break into cars making a killing.

After seeing Bluetoy's car again, I am mad at myself for not buying his whole car (SHM suspension, JRSC included) instead of just his custom headlights. Here is my pale comparison of his car:

Im pretty sure you can get car info form a UVIP. I fyou have the plate #, you can buy those at any kiosk.
