Spotted South On Hwy 400

I saw a green 2000-2004 ZX3 heading southbound on Hwy 400 around 10pm Nov 16th. You looked lowered, tinted, stock rims, may have had a passenger, and possibly had a rear wing. I don't know because I was speeding along through traffic with an RS-X and passed you but slowed down to 100 when I saw you, but you didn't catch up.
Anyone here? Or someone know this person? Cheers! A-T

I drive a 01 ZX3, not lowered, not tinted, no wings and I had no passengers(well atleast according to the wife that is) ;) ohh yeah and I dont have the rims on either. Just the snows on
