Did that harness come with the lights? You'll need to know which pin is which on that plug so you know which wire you have to patch it to on the car.

I remember the VW/Audi plug that I bought for the HID light install had all the positions numbered, and the how-to's online tell you which wire is which. Just remember that the HID and the euro headlights are wired slightly differently (I think the city light and signal lights are reversed or something).

So basically you need to decide which is the high-beam, low-beam, signal, city light, and ground. Then it's just a matter of checking the how-to's and matching your stock wires to the new harness.

Yes, but the VW connector will be the same as the HIDs and you can make a "plug&play" harness to go between your headlight and stock harness

If you have the ST170's or 2002+ facelift light, plug / slot 4 and 6 are backwords from the HID thing, when I followed the HID instructions they made my city light flash, and my signel come on with the parking light.

and I was using the how too on Fj

You don't need to change those fuses at all. I've been running my HID lights with the original fuses for over 2 years with no problems at all.
