tell me about it...they had the collectors near yonge down to one lane last night...no warning, came motoring around the bend in the work truck and BAM! stopped traffic....good thing I was empty, It could have been ugly loaded...
the rest of the drive to oshawa and back was fine after that...although they have been closing some westbound express lanes at night...
