One of our Spnsors has them for sale....$700. Not to sure if thats USD or CND. Im thinking its USD.... :(

Yeah I was going to say http://www.focussalvage.com but yeah in the states. I have been watching for them also, have yet to see a set in Canada in the last year or so.
