I'm in the same boat as you.
I'm probably buying a FS stage 1 turbo with 10K Km on it.

I'll be getting the c-f-m injector adapter so I don't have to cut/solder the bosch injectors. 65$ US

A good exhaust is to be expected, like MBRP's new 2.5" flex back system. Price still unknown.

A LSD and better clutch should be added if your going for stage 2.
I'm gonna wait and use the OEM stuff untill I get more moola to buy those.

I'm guessing a bigger TB would help to produce a few more ponies, ut again, I'll be putting that later.

The FS satge 1 is supposed to have everything you need to make it work. All the other stuff is to make it work even better (aka more HP) ;)

I'm sure I'm missing some stuff as I'm new in this turbo world!

EDIT----> Almost frgot, a boost guage can be handy :)

Focussport also seems to be recommending colder plugs for Stage 1 which they are selling for $10 each.

I notice that their price includes a "free" dyno session (IIRC they're in Cali) ... I wonder what kind of a discount they give to someone who can't use it?

That package looks pretty complete (to a non-expert like me) ... even includes the XCal2 and a tune, which based on what I've read on this board is perhaps the most critical element to the success of FI.

Unfortunately you're SOL if you can't make it there for the tune - the offer for dyno tuning doesn't extend to any other shop's rollers. They DO guarantee that you'll be 100% safe and making 95% of your potential power for each kit at whatever boost level you take (the stock 8 PSI at Stage 1 or anything up to 11 PSI with stage 2 and beyond).

The base tune is enough to get you home if you don't install the kit right where you live / will be doing the tuning. Everything else is done via emailed log files from your XCal2, collected via SCT's LiveLink software from what I can tell.
