No cold air intake will make use of a ducted hood. No turbo kit for the Duratec will make use of a ducted hood (we all use FMICs unless you're superbad at fabbing something up).
Personally, I wouldn't do it, but that's just me.
I just checked it out... it MIGHT be worth it if you go SRI on your Duratec, but other than that... nope.

I like it, mostly that it's funtional, $300 doesn't seem all that pricy if you could pick it up.
