I'm pretty sure it's an SVT lip on a stock bumper.

The lip in the first picture has an 'indent' in it, all the others that everyone else posted up is smooth so it can't be the SVT lip........

Mine has an 'indent" in it. They are all SVT's lip.

you guys have the stock bumper lip painted don't you? i have a 2000 malibu blue and the stock lip isn't painted.. wonder if it'd be ugly with 2 lips unpainted, caus both lips together look pretty "flush" as far as the "fitting" or roundness of both.. 80$ isn't bad at all..

4" is pretty low..

ill try and make a photoshop with both unpainted lips..

thanks everyone.. had no idea that was the svt lip

On the older models with the stock bumper 'lip' unpainted, it could end up looking kind of funny. It'll be a really long-looking black lip with a line cutting through the middle of it.. basically look like 2 black lips stacked on top of each other.
