They will make a 4x4.25" (108) 15x7 for you. A guy in BC has a set of 15x8 poking on his ZX3-had them custom made for him. Real reasonable price as well.

You may have trouble with that size in a Focus bolt pattern. IIRC the stock size is 15 x 6" wide and even the stock size can be tricky to find other than the dealer.

I know that Costco sells steelies, you might try there; and of course you can always get the OE wheels from a wreckers.

Can you weld? Or have someone who welds?
Pick up some 15" Focus steelies, and any set of GM 15x7 (or 15x8) steelies and make your own!

That is a neat idea for someone who needs a custom set of wheels.

Thanks for the suggestions.

Making my own had already crossed my mind and I will if needed. I would prefer ready made if possible.

if you do find em, the offset probably won't be right. that's a really odd size for a steel wheel. you can probably find a rally wheel that has the right offset and bolt pattern for the focus but its probably not steel

what are you trying to accomplish with this?

I want to put wider tires on my car but keep the stock hubcaps and not advertise to the world that my car is different or that it has expensive wheels and tires to steal. In other words, I am building a sleeper.

basset racing wheels will sell em, or Diamond racing wheels will sell em.

they're are custom made products, but are fairly inexpensive. you just need to know all the req'd dimension (offset/backspace, bolt pattern, lug size, centre bore, etc)

how about getting a 16x6.5 wheel from a contour and running 225/50/15 size tires?

another alternative is getting a 14" steel wheel and runing 195/60/14 tires. i'd take azenis RT615 in that size over what most ppl run on a 17" or larger wheel. you would be super sleeper with those tires

also keep in mind most people who 'know' (including thieves) will immediately be able to spot aggressive tires and know something could be worth stealing in the vehicle

my bad. meant 225/50/16. its fairly close to the stock size. but if you are lowered and running a tire that runs wide (like azenis sport) not sure if you would rub
