do you have the bolts that hold the tb onto the manifold?
how about the manifold its self? for 2000 zetec.
did u end up sending mark a msg about the rear and driver door?

x.x oops I forgot I will fire him the message right after this one once the shell is left of the wrecked fofo I will be installing shelves to tidy up the storage unit then wagon 2 will be brought and I will be able to remove the doors..
the mani will be pulled off the car on the driveway so I will have everything in one peice if you need including the bolts (the mani on the motor in storage is staying with that motor seeing it ran and still runs FLAWLESS so i dun wanna start pulling stuff off and risking messing something up
also the mani will be off a 2001 Focus which I don't think makes any difference
(P.S. I still say a bolt/nut backed off somewhere on your mani and air is entering causing the high revs)

ya i found the prob (hopefully) one of the tb bolts has snapped and right now everything is torn down to the manifold and im attempting to get the broken bolt out of the manifold but am not having much luck. i am going to go look at it again in about ten min, i have a broken screw extracor kit but it sucks lol
correct me if im wrong but isnt the 2000 manifold the only plastic one? ... if i could get those bolts off u i will give you 10$ and ill come get them...unless u wanted to drop them off on the way to work :)

Nope I think they went up to 03-04 with the plastic ones.. both my other zetecs (that makes 2000, 2001 and 2002, ) are plastic the only difference I noted on them was the bolts holding down the throttlebody my newer one has a different style...
I could prolly drop them off sometime but I need to GET them first its to damn cold to do any work... my hand nearly froze to the gas pump handle tonight when I filled up LOL.. if you DO manage to get the broken stud out I will take a trip just for them and pray I dun freeze to death in the storage unit LOL

I unfortunately don't have decent mirrors or caps.. after washing our Twilight Blue Wagon we saw thedriver side mirror and cap were BADLY scratched/cut so we took the one remaining one off the wrecked wagon to replace it and the passenger I still havn't found it exploded after it was torn off the car (theres glass from the mirror on the roof of the wrecked wagon)..

My Buddy bought a set up springs from ebay but apperently when he went to put them on they said th bolts on the control arms are shot and he need new control arms or something im not to sure do you have the control arms kicking around still pm me if you do.

Unfortunately the lower control arm on the passenger side is boned (Busted & Bent) and the left has a rotten balljoint so for safety sake I'm not selling those....
