Looking to sell a European focus front fascia bumper cover (europe 98-01)
The bumper is New, never installed, primed ready for paint, has the licence plate nipples shaved off for the smooth look, as well comes with a FREE set of clear european turn signals. Asking $195 obo CDN, local pickup preferred, located in Mississauga. This bumper fits up to 2004 cars.

Will this come complete with the re-bar(if required) and the foam pad? Probably not at this price, but are they required for the install?

no they aren't required.... i'm not sure the foam gets used, and the rebar will need to be cut out where the signal lights go

When I did the fitting on 2 of my Foci, both did not need any re-bar trimming. At the very most, all that was needed was to slice down some of the foam, and if anything, trim some material from the euro light cups (this tip was provided by tdot-zx3)
