I drive a 2000 ford focus se (automatic) zetec
the Car manual says to put 6.6 Liters in but I only took out about 2.5-3 liters and I poured 3 liters in the Car.
Why so much transmission fluid when i took out half of that?

when you drop the pan you're only supposed to put in 3, since thats all that comes out. you can't fully drain it unless you take off the torque converter.

How many KMs on your car?
Im assuming you did a filter/gasket replacement?
I need to do mine as well, but I am thinking to get a fluid flush and fill along with a new filter....

unless you tear apart the torque converter you'll never get it all out.
