Good god man, that's a lotta pie
In contrast, this will be my first completely turkey free Thanksgiving ever (and almost completely family free as well)
I think I'll enjoy the peace & quiet :P

Happy Thanksgiving!
Here is my trial run for some desserts a couple of weeks ago with the new cutter we found at Williams-Sonoma (probably the first and last time I go to THAT store):
Found a recipe for an apple pie with cheddar in the crust, so we winged it. They don't look all that good, but they were really tasty. Don't think I'll use that cheddar crust again though for these, its not pliable enough outside of a normal sized pie. (the thing on the lower right was surplus pie dough and filling)
Doing more today with pumpkin pie filling and normal crust. Also just cut up some butternut squash for a nice & easy squash soup recipe I found.
Then I get to do this all over again at the end of November.
I really love having two of each holiday a year now
