You could use either IIRC.

I think because you're lowered you might want to use the SVT endlink which is K90129 - (my understanding is that they are a bit shorter than the K90130 which has the effect of keeping the sway bar in the proper plane) - it's the one I'm using.

OTH - the K90130 is the direct replacement for the non-SVT links which are currently on your car.

How do you like that for an undefinitive answer. Hey - it's what I do.

This problem is easier to diagnose when you post how many KM are on your car.
I drive a 2010 Golf that growls at people when it goes over 3000rpm.

pretty sure its in and around 150,000 km pretty sure its under
