Sorry I was away at Nascar for the weekend.
He is selling it certified but no e-test. He wants the new owner to understand what is involved in getting the car e-tested and have them deal with it first hand. In other words, the cat needs to be changed.

^^That car needs a proper race header anyway (like 4-2-1). Way better HP/TQ numbers then shorty headers.

Hmm Part it out ahh, From personal experience you might make your money back on the cosmetic stuff like the bumpers etc but all the other stuff not really. With that being said If you do sell the body kit, fenders, wheels, headlights, and system etc. I might have a buyer for you, Basically no front clip isn't a problem (Possible Gen Swap) and If the price is right of course. Is it keyless entry with power windows?

He does NOT want to part it out.
And my point? Buy it yourself and part it out. Why? The SC kit and the tuner itself, I think you could get $1500-2000 for. And that 's just the start. And if you didn't realize, the whole tuner kit comes with the car. yes with keyless entry and an alarm system.
