Hey all,
I need to replace the battery in my '04 wagon and the replacement is the "40R". I have found someone selling a "36R" but do not know what the difference is. Can someone tell me if it is compatible?

Never mind guys. I found the dimensions to be quite a bit different and I believe the 36 would be too tall.

When I picked one up last year, I went with the factory Ford one. It worked out to about $10 more than the Canadian Tire Eliminator, and is a better battery IMO. After all, my original Ford one lasted almost 10 years.
