Apparently I have an eBay STS and I have Oscar's old 07 Focus stock shift knob on it. Works great.
Daily driver 1: 2007 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport "S"
33" BFG Mud-Terrain KM2s, lots of Rough Country gear - bumper, 2.5" lift, swaybar disconnects, Superwinch 10,000lb winch, Detroit Locker in rear D44 axle, custom exhaust, K+N filtercharger, Superchips-tuned.
Daily driver 2: 2006 Subaru Legacy GT
COBB Stage 1+ package - AccessPort tuner, COBB intake and airbox. Stage 2 coming shortly - COBB 3" AT stainless DP and race cat, custom 3" Magnaflow-based exhaust and Stage 2 COBB tune.

when idling and when i am on 2nd or 3rd gear on low speed trying to accelerates, i hear chattering.. it is not loud but very noticable..
do you guys think one of motor mounts are going bad? or am i lucky to have lightweight flywheel(probably not)?

IF the noise goes away when you depress the clutch it's the throw-out bearing (clutch release bearing) ... it can be noisy like that for a long time before it becomes a problem.
Typically this is nothing to worry about - replace it next time you do the clutch ... and then wait three months for the noise to come back LOL.

uhhh this plate thing, can i remove it or do i have to have one in there??
seeems like this plate is pushing down so hard, when i shift from N to 1, it is a bit hard to shift compare to stock.
i can move from 2-3-4-5-R easy..
