Just A quick question for you guys. Will a 195/60/15 tire safely fit on an rim made for a 185/60/15 tire. I got a friend whos got a 95 Escort gt thats needs tires badly and used 195's are way more common than 185's

i dont see why not i have 185/60/14 on the front and 205/60/14 on the rear with the same rims

195 and 185 will fit the same wheel. His speedo and odo will be off because he is using a taller tire, but it will work fine. To correct this, simply use a 195/55 instead of a 60 profile, and the height will be the same (about .001% off)
