you got that motor with the turbo and all?

I think your best bet is get the wiring and a stand alone EMS like megasquirt.

well wiring should all be the same (minus some for the vct portion) and i def need a new ems, just wondering if anyone else has any info on it, its already turbo and bottom forged, so its strong as f**k, just gotta figure out how to make it all work Smile haha with the smallest headache possible.

Have you considered swapping heads from a Focus Zetec/
I am 99% sure the Focus and Escort Zetec heads interchange as long as you use a Focus specific timing tensioner and idler pulley.
This will eliminate the VCT.
The other option is to use a VCT eliminator but I can't find anyone who still carries one.

^^ swapping of head may be a viable option....then your almost plug and play...

yeah i'll probably just do that, i know the bottom ends are the exact same (except mines all forged Smile haha ). its seems easier than trying to f**k with the vtc sensors and whatnot. i'll just upgrade the head. mights as well. forged bottom with full aftermarket head, then turbo on top...sounds like a plan to me! haha

Thanks for the help fellas, looks like im gunna have to post a build thread soon, haha
now since a new heads going on, cams and valve springs? whats a good upgrade? Crowers? with matching pair of crawers springs? or is there something better?
