Nope... Just tear the yellow warranty card in half and you keep the one side then just say you purchased the exhaust direct from MBRP and mail er off
I mean nope you don't need the reciept... Just re-read the messages an response was kinda confusing lol

Mine went on almost right away , it needs to break in as it will get a deeper throaty sound ,its not super loud but just right to me,Theres more performace to this set up, over that sound you here on every corner lol.this system will open er out a little more too ,everything flows so much better .
I must send off the warranty card asap , I cant say enough about the great deal I got .

Ye the muffler and resonator changes a lot once they break in... Wasn't super fond of mine when it got tossed on... But now I actually find it subtle
