Let me introduce Ron Burgundy!
#1
I'd like to welcome a new member to my daily driver Focus family.
I've named him Ron because every time I drive it I feel like I'm driving on Ron Burgundy's big comfy pillow(as apposed to my 05 that's been lowered since... well... 05 Confused).

It's an 02 with 170000Kms that I got for $800 and is in really great shape.

I've added a couple little things that I got from the wagon part out I did a while back and from some of your favourite focuscanada members but I don't really plan on doing much else as it's my family car for getting around town with my two little boys and wife.

So far I installed an injen intake and valve cover(from the wagon), short shifter(thanks GFXJamie), 05 ST shift knob, coil pack and wires(I got from stupica1, thanks again man), wood grain radio surround, Mazda3 rear wiper, and I might put some Eibach pro kit springs and struts in that I have because I've developed a leaky drivers side front strut(not sure if I want to keep stock height for drive-ability or lower it a bit for my visual senses).

on to the picsBig Grin

Really nice find - body and interior are fantastic for the price - and really, 170k isn't that much by Focus standards. Looks to be worth more than you paid IMO.

You know this is quite a coincidence. When I sold my wife's car ('04 ZTW silver) for a complex set of reasons it had a set of 16" Focus plain face rims with Mercury centre caps (off my Mystique) ... looked just like the rims on your car.

Thanks guys!
Yeah it was missing center caps when I got it and we were scrapping an old beat up set of mercury 15"s so I grabbed the center caps until I can find the right one's.

It needs a few things to make it more complete, but I'm working on it Wink

Ah nevermind... I was gonna say I'd trade and throw in the cover, I'd hate to separate the pair.

The faux wood is dope. Does it smell of rich mahogany?

LOL nah I think it's still plastic and my car smells like apples, I got it out of a car at the wreckers for $5.

The early ZTS and ZTW models had the faux wood - also on a special feature added to the door cards just below the handle - one of our earlier ZTW's had it - gold with tan interior and the faux wood - actually looked better than you might think.

Yeah Ken the car I got it out of had the wood on the door panels too, I thought it looked really good with the tan interior.

I'd love to get the Euro Ghia Focus wood shifter surround too.
