Looking to replace my stock exhaust on my 03 ZX5 2L Zetec. Any suggestions on what brand and where to buy it from for a good price? Is it worth changing the headers too?

If you want some extra performance with a relatively stock sound you could go with SVT headers, cat, flex and exhaust; it's what I have on my car with the supercharger and I really like it. There's some guy on here who is a seriously disturbed parts junky with the whole thing sitting in his garage including all new gaskets so you might be able to get it relatively cheap.
