I dunno..why did you have to remove the old one?
My 2 turbo setups didn't need any modifying of the oil seperator....why did you need to do it?
I can see if the turbo is hitting it..to that I say...move the damn turbo. :o

If you change from internal wastegate to external wastegate you won't have an issue. Its the wastegate actuator that has the issue and not the turbo itself hitting...

I had a 14B turbo with internal wastegate with no issues....

I got them from a member on the site who sold them....but I think he got them from jersey :lol:
