The older style WRC kit is pretty nice looking. You could also look at the new RS replica bumpers made by F2, they look really nice.

You have quite a bit of choice as far as lips or bumpers go, I would just stay away from the 'universal' designs, or the adaptions from other cars. No matter how it looks on the Focus, I dont think the R34 belongs on anything other than an R34, Evo kits belong on Evos, etc..

TONS of reasons. First being they never fit properly, by the time you get a bodyshop to prep it, adjust the kit to fit properly and paint/install, typically it's 1/3 of the total price for the bumper, 2/3 of the total price to actually refitment, prep, paint, install......

Fiberglass is rigid, cracks easily, not great for cold climates, etc, etc. Go look at any MAJOR brand of kit maker on the market, they ALL use poly urethane. Fiberglass kits are the low end of the market, all the cheap crap knockoffs on ebay are fiberglass. Another perfect example, the classic EVO kits (which are so damn oldskool now in the sport compact industry) have also switched from fiberglass to poly urethane.....
