Try tiretrends.com
Don't know much about them except they are Canadian and are an online retail listing.
BTW, personally I prefer odd-number spokes. Looks good, though.

ummm, i retail those rims for $250....
i don't know who quoted you $380 for retail on the 17s but the 18s are only $295!

tiretrends is a decent place to get tires from but they don't always have the best price on rims. some times they do, some times they don't!

if you are looking for a set of the Rocket4s in 17x7" in a 4x108mm bolt pattern, i can put together a nice package deal for you, if you like.
i carry Falken, Toyo(the new T1Rs just came in), Pirelli and Bridgestone however the best value is the Falken tires.

what size tire do you want?
if you want good ones, Falken FK451s or the new Azenis RT615s are AWSOME summer tires and both are very good in the wet
a couple of my customers out here have the 451s and they do great in out rain, zero complaints!
i've had the RT615s on for almost a month now and they seem very strong in the wet, although they have not seen a serious Vancouver rain just yet.

get me a size and i'll give you a quote and confirm that these rims are available in a 4x108 bolt pattern tomorrow!

i talked to my supplier today and they do not have a listing for a 4x108mm but are going to call TSW on monday and check for you.

and by "what size tires do you want" i mean 205/40/17s? 205/45/17s? 205/50/17s? 215/40/17s? 215/45/17s? 225/40/17s? 225/45/17s?

there is a notable difference in price between sizes and some sizes are not available in certain models or brands of tires.

if you can give me more details on exactly what you are looking i can give you a couple of package prices with different tire options to choose from!
