Saw what appeared to be a Red zx3, could easily tell it was a 2001 or older cus it had black unpainted lower portion of front n rear bumpers, it had what looked like 18"s or bigger, it was lowered like 2 inches off the ground, it had what looked like a magnaflow muffler tip, and the funniest, was the driver which kinda resembled SVT dean, he had the seat all the way back, windows rolled down, and even looked like he was sitting on a phone book so he can reach the steering wheel. haha. Saw it last nite at 403&5 in the plaza where timmies is

i didnt see no 17" monitor in his dashboard, so it really wasnt SVT dean, but maybe he knows dean and wants to be like him?

If the car you saw had no kit, than I saw the same dood on uppermiddle and trafalger rd the other day. Big multi spoke rims and a low drop.
