Does anyone have a picture of the bumper without the lower grill?
I wonder what I looks like. I thinking of taking it out and leave it open.

It looks like you're missing a grill. Just an unfinished look or something.. dont get the appeal of that. Also, the foglight mounts are part of the grill, so I dont think you can put them in without the grill anyway..
Basically it just looks like it's missing the grill.

yeah.. except I want to leave the foglights on.
Is there any holes on the bumper if I remove the grill?

Yes, where the fog lights are.
EDIT: Dont do it unless you have something to fill in that space. It will look horrible without anything there. Probably why the grill is there in the 1st place :P

if it looks good I will cut the part of the grill that goes behind the fog lights.

Yeah you can cut the fog mounts off the lower grill (that's what you need to do in order to install the euro lower grill). I think there are some ribs that run verticle, to hold the grill in place though, you'd probably have to cut those out and it may weaken the structure of the bumper some.
Just remember you're going to see a big ugly radiator behind it, not a shiny intercooler like some people :P
If all else fails, it's a good excuse to buy the lower euro grill.
