Shift Pattern Sticker How To
#1
Picked this up from another site

Copied below

-------------------------

DIY Shift Pattern--I found a way to do this project for DIY. If you need info let me know. Very easy and fun to do coz you can personalize it as much as you like.

Things that you will be needing:

a) Making Memories Page Pebbles - Square Extra Large Blank--comes in 8 pcs. (You can buy this at your local scrap booking place--Thanks to my wife.) Cost $4.00

B) Photo Paper (glossy)
c) 3M Heavy Duty Attachment Adhesive (I had extra one from last project so it was a freebie) or you can use any double sided tape that can withstand the heat (3M Plastic Emblem & Trim Adhesive)
d) Good Printer
e) Any software you like to use for editing - paint, powerpoint, photoshop, etc.

I see no point to this? Makes you look stupid if you have to print off how to shift. Getting an aftermarket shifter that has no mapping on it and then making a sticker that has it = ghey

I think it's mainly for bullshit ticket reasons. I know in SK there's a stupid law or something that says your shift pattern needs to be displayed or you can get a ticket.. just another way for cops to get money out of someone with a modified car when you cant find anything that's actually wrong with it.
