Well my friends actually got nailed leaving that dark nights meet in toronto (I think that is where it was anyway). The one guy who drives a cavalier Z24 got nailed with 3 fines (coffee can exhaust, obstructing the headlights "he painted the headlights and left 2 holes to give it a faux projector look", and hiding the front license plate). My other friend who drives a dodge neon got nailed with 1 fine for the eyebrows. they fined him $110 for those stupid things however here is the kicker...his headlights are aftermarket and the way the eyebrow sits it doesn't even come close to interfering with the light.

This is a euro thing. People do it to fords as well in the UK.
