As for internet, avoid Rogers out there.. even if it's available thru Inukshuk... it's unreliable enough in Toronto, never mind say out there.. Did I mention I work for Rogers Cable? :P

Ted rogers is going to be very dissapointed with you. I actually have never had a problem with my rogers hi-speed. Hands down i prefer it over dsl too. but i do work for Rogers Telecom (formerly sprint canada) :ph34r:

i used rogers for 5 years and now that i'm on sympatico highspeed DSL i don't think i'd ever go back .. specially with the stupid download limits that rogers has impossed.
DSL has Faster Upload speeds and the download is almost exactly the same, and its $6 cheaper a month .. other than the tech support issues bell has i'm very happy with my DSL

i'm too lazy to configure dsl though... rogers plug and play ability makes me happy
no dam with pppoe settings in the routers and such

my always-on DSL connection was basically plug and play .. but i didn't setup the mail account as i hear that sympatico email can be quite a pain to use

There are only two reasons I'm on rogers instead of bell.
1. Employee Discount 2. 5 MB/sec transfers.. More the employee discount.. I was getting Bell @ 4 mb/s for $44.95... I'm paying considerably less for Rogers.

aw jeeze... bell isnt giving any quicker turn around times...
check and see if rogers digital home phone service is avaliable in your area yet... or is brantford cogeco?
