I wouldn't mind paying the taxes if the government put the money where it was supposed to go, building us new roads and highways, and keeping the ones we have in top shape. Politicians: another good reason for me not to own a gun.

Scoobsteve, we already have plenty of money going towards our ludicrus heath care system. Money from our income tax, lottery ticket sales, casinos, and don't forget McGuilty is now charging us a health care premium based on our incomes? Can you say discrimination? And this allows welfare mummy to go to the emergency everyday she has a little too much crack and she doesn't feel too good with a sniffle.
Old enough to know me limit, yet young enough to exceed it.

i think this is ridiculous..they seem to be charging us more for everything, and giving us less....hydro is a prime example of this IMO. They want to charge us almost double, and then tell us to conserve power to avoid another black out.. i say F*UCK THEM!!!

I've said it before and I'll say it again, Healthcare in Canada is a joke. Not because of how long it takes in Emergency rooms, or the waiting lists for MRI's and the like... but because our country lets people who live here only 3 months out of the year come in, jump in the middle of the queue, get quadruple bypass surgery, then get back on a plane and fuk off back to their own country. Wonderful. This is a debate for another thread. No more healthcare comments, and don't ask me about how I feel on the issue of immigration.

Taxes from petroleum sales should be used to restore the crumbling infastructure of our cities. It's near impossible to drive in Montreal without changing your car every couple of years... Toronto is getting to that stage as well... the roads are akin to those travelled on 300 years ago... there is no excuse for the number of potholes. On the highway - THE HIGHWAY! - I have had my dampers bottom out with my stock wheels on because of the humps and dips in the road... I cannot drive along certain streets in my neighbourhood because I know I will crack a rim or blow a tire... there is no excuse for that when 30c on every litre of regular I fill up goes right into Liberal pockets. I have been driving for 5 years, 2 and a bit of which Queens Park has been run by these jokes of politicians... under the Harris/Eves gov't, my car didn't have a hard time on the roads. Hope all you Provincial-Liberal-loving assholes that voted for them last time are happy. Cry to me about global oil prices and how America is hording it after John Tory gets into power.

Have a tank. The truck does however hold 800 litres.
