Zx3 401 Eastbound

Yesterday around 4:30 spotted a black ZX3 with a work in progress body kit going eastbound on the 401. While we were in stop and go traffic I had a bit of time to look at his car it looked like it was coming along quite well and in the end the car should be a show stopper.
