What's Your Favourite Radio Station?
#21
Apparently, not only can you drive a long way before filling up a North Bay/Sudbury SPI, but you can also drive all the way to North Bay/Sudbury and still pick up GTA radio.

Well, Adam used to live in GTA. As for me, I'm in T.O. once in a while for courses. So once in a while, I use the radio when I'm there.

To be honest, North Bay + Sudbury have shitty radio stations.

Also, who says you can't listen to 102 edge on the internet? Edge 102

mine goes as follows, (#'s are radio Presets )

1. Z103.5 (4) - but if they start to play crap like too much R&B, or Rap I'll change stations.

2. 104.5 Chum Fm (5) - if they repeat too much or play crap, I change it.

3. Mixx 99.9 (3) - listen to this one if the above is playing crap.

4. 105.3 Kool Fm (6) - If they start to play too much oldies I don't know I change it.

5. 92.1 CKPC (1) - they play lighter hits, I like to listen to the news because it's more frequent.

6. 98.5 Kiss Fm (2) - It's a Buffalo station, I like this station most so then the others because they play usually what I want, untill it gets to staticy then I'm forced to change the station to one of the other stations.

after that it's

93.1 - in barrie, 105.7, 106.1, 102.5, and 102.9 if I can't find anything.
I was the only member on this board with a Yellow Focus Sedan, and a 2002+ Euro Facelift on a sedan.

Yeah, I was down for course last week when that poll was started. Also, I grew up in the west end (WCI represent!), lived in various places for 18 years... so that makes me a tad qualified for the poll :P :D

Daily driver 1: 2007 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport "S"

33" BFG Mud-Terrain KM2s, lots of Rough Country gear - bumper, 2.5" lift, swaybar disconnects, Superwinch 10,000lb winch, Detroit Locker in rear D44 axle, custom exhaust, K+N filtercharger, Superchips-tuned.

Daily driver 2: 2006 Subaru Legacy GT

COBB Stage 1+ package - AccessPort tuner, COBB intake and airbox. Stage 2 coming shortly - COBB 3" AT stainless DP and race cat, custom 3" Magnaflow-based exhaust and Stage 2 COBB tune.

102.1 for me... been listening to it for as long as I can remember. Since the mid-80s I'm guessing? Although reception is somewhat crappy in the Focus in certain areas, its fighting for the same frequency as some bible thumper station out of Rochester.

If I get annoyed with the song on, I'll just hit the CD button for a while..

Also have 96.9, 97.7, 104.5, 107.7, and 103.3 on presets.
The new: 2013 Tangerine Scream ST
The old: 2005 ZX4 - MBRP 2.25", Marcy Motorsport CAI. SCT Tuning, Eibach Pro-System

As do I but I found that just getting the live sets and radio shows are much better....plus the quality is better.

Was 102.1 till I moved to ottawa. Now I guess it would have to be 89.9. Not much of a selection here. Atleast from what I've found.
